Water storage Tank
Here is a recently completed project for a customer who had a low producing water well and was finding it difficult to wash a single load of laundry. We also installed a UV light to treat the water coming out of the tank before it entered the homes water system.

Liberty Nighteye sump pump install
This customer has a finish basement and frequently finds themselves out of town. They wanted the peace of mind knowing they would not be coming home to a flooded basement. The liberty Nighteye system allow them to monitor the condition of the sump pump and the battery back up system just by looking at the app on their phone.
Water Softener And Ultra Violet Light Install
On this project Lake Effect Plumbing installed a new water softener and ultra violet light to treat the customers well water. New concrete pads were installed on the basement floor to elevate the equipment to help protect from any unexpected water that may collect on the basement floor.
Sewer Stack Base Repair
Not all jobs are on nice clean piping and equipment. Here is a sewer stack in a home that was leaking at the base. Lake effect was happy to help in removing the section of leaking pipe and replacing it with a new section of pipe. This repair helped to dry up the basement and eliminate the sewer smell that was occurring.
Water heater Replacement
